He is a member about of the Investment Authority for Auditing and Accounts in the Organization of Islamic Financial Institutions; He was also the member of the Investment Committee of the King Abdulaziz Establishment and His Companions Foundation and speaker in a number of well-known economic forums and conferences in 1990. He holds a PhD in Business Administration – majoring in investment and finance from University of Michigan, and a degree of Master in Business Administration from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1984 AD, in addition to it, He has also studied Bachelor of Civil Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 1981. Dr. Saleh is currently serving RUSD Investment Bank, the Egyptian-Saudi Insurance House Company, the Machinery Leasing Company, Real Estate and Cars Trade in Saudi Arabia, and the First Financial Services Company.
